Best podcast of my year

I have been listening to Let’s Talk Yoga from late last year regularly and have definitely binged on it. I have learnt so much about yoga and deepened my own yoga practice as well as Ayurvedic wisdom and practices. It has helped me set an intention to practice more this year and for the first time I have stuck to a habit this year and I give this podcast due credit for inspiring me to keep going. I am not a yoga teacher but this podcast has inspired me to become one maybe someday.
