#28 - Olympic Weightlifting with Patricia Strenius & Jim Gyllenhammar Nirvana Strength Practitioners' Panel
-
- 健康與體能
This Episode we speak with two heavy olympic weightlifters from Sweden.
- What is it like to be an Olympic level athlete and coach?
- What is their relationship like and how do they make it work?
- What are all the components needed for a successful trip to the Olympics and how do factors outside of training affect those?
We Recorded this episode before all of the current global situation so unfortunately the Olympics in 2020 have been postponed, but we expect to see Patricia and Jim competing again very soon.
