Weight Loss vs. Fat Loss
When someone sees the number on the scale go down, they get happy - "YAY I've lost weight!" But hold up, when the scale moves it does not always mean you are losing fat. If you are going about dieting, in most of the methods out there, you are likely losing more than fat, and that's not a good thing. Be sure to listen to the know the difference between losing fat and losing weight. Knowing the difference determines long-term health and more.
