What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a vast body of work that offers poses to free up muscular tension and energy that may be blocked - physically, mentally or emotionally. Poses are held for 3 - 21 minutes and support the body by releasing tight muscles, bringing attention inwards with breathing exercises, nourish the muscles and connective tissues.
