NASA EDGE joins the Heliophysics Big Year celebration from Sunspot, New Mexico; home of the Sunspot Solar Observatory! It is a year of awesome solar events, opportunities to study space weather, and witness new scientific milestones with NASA missions. All of this is happening during Solar Max, the pinnacle of solar activity in the solar cycle. Joining the show are Nicky Fox from NASA Headquarters, Antti Pulkkinen from NASA Goddard, and Bob Baer from Southern Illinois University – the crossroads of the eclipses.
