    Hi Friend!

    The day is over, the sun has set, and it is now time for you to prepare for rest.

    Sleep is our body’s natural way to recharge and fuel up for another day. It’s arguably the most crucial mechanism of our body. The intention for today’s practice is to slowly learn to give ourselves permission to rest - and this can be tough sometimes. However, when we allow our mind and body to rest, we begin to release the load of the day and this helps us to relax.

    It’s time to snuggle into bed! Good night, sweet dreams and rest well.

    Hi Friend,

    It’s been a while!

    Today’s meditation practice is very much a product of my own experience. When things are changing around me, when new opportunities present themselves, or when everything just feels a little chaotic…I start to feel unsettled. In these moments, I’ve found that I just need to calm my mind down, and soothe it. I keep saying, everything is going to be okay, it’s all taken care of. I don’t need to worry.

    So today, I’m here to tell you: you don’t need to worry. You are okay. It’s all been taken care of. All you need to do right now is to just breathe.

    Let’s get this meditation started, shall we?

    Hello Friend,

    We have a perception that growth is linear, that it’s a straightforward- one-way road to our destination. But here’s the thing, growth is anything but linear. Our process of growing is rich with experiences, it is filled with speed bumps, it is made up of several twists and turns. Sometimes, we don’t even feel like we’re making any progress.

    Let me tell you a secret, we are always growing, we are always evolving and we are always changing. What paves the way for growth, is our faith in the process, and our ability to surrender to the universes mechanisms that ultimately will always lead us towards what is destined to be.

    Today’s meditation practice is dedicated to honouring this very process. Find a comfortable seat, and settle in.
