This month we’re focusing on the Innovate UK project which focuses on the cultivation of a new cash crop – daffodils.
The project looks into the use of an element within daffodil bulbs which could be incorporated into ruminant rations to help reduce methane emissions, and to discuss this we’re joined by Lewis Davies, Group Sustainability Manager; Andrew Evans, Group Sustainability, Innovation and Food Supply Chain Director and Alison Bond, Technical Services Manager from Rumenco.
