In this episode, Jaz shares the story of her project working with refugees, Asylum Speakers, and the inspirations that led to her recording and sharing stories of migration. Soumik explains the background to the pioneering work of his charity Soumik Datta Arts (based at Hawkwood), his project Green Room, and its origins in Hope Notes which helped asylum seekers and migrant musicians weave their stories through music. -
