Hans Langeveld is a highly influential researcher with over 100+ publications in an areas of biobased, bioenergy production, feedstock availability, and sustainability. He is an editor of a book Biobased Economy. He is a former Senior Researcher at Plant Research International at WUR. Currently, here in same Wageningen campus he is a Director of Biomass Research consultancy firm, where they provide highest quality data to organisations such as UN FAO, European Commision, Ministry of Economic affairs, Agriculture and Innovation in the Netherlands and so on.

Leo Marcelis is sometimes called the Rock n Roll star of horticulture, because of his popularity in various medias, for example the latest YouTube series about Artificial Inteligence. Leo Marcelis is a Head of chair group Horticulture and Product Physiology at Wageningen University & Research. Sometimes WUR is called the Sillicon Valley of Agriculture.
