Host Michael Graham-Court delves behind-the-scenes of WNO Youth Opera’s brand-new production of Cherry Town, Moscow. In a roundtable discussion with director Daisy Evans, conductor Alice Farnham and WNO General Director Aidan Lang, Michael explores this retitled and reimagined version of Shostakovich’s Cheryomushki. The cast of young singers also lend their voices to this episode, sharing their experiences of rehearsing for a full-scale production, which will be performed in Wales Millennium Centre’s beautiful Donald Gordon Theatre.
