This is the last episode of the "Stuck Between a Rock and a Hard Place" series! We are so excited to share these conversations with you. In this episode, we discuss mental awareness in traditional and cultural homes. We talk about the reasons mental health isn't as acknowledged in some homes and what that might even look like.

WE ARE BACK! Life has been hectic, but I now have an accountability partner (Quintin Smith). This episode we look into the controversy behind nature vs nurture. A black boy in an african home and black community (me) or a black boy in a semi-asian home, in a black community (Quintin). Times change, people change, and cultures change so listen in as we uncover how that change affects an individual.

Life has been doing its thing so we are changing things up a little bit here at Under the Pen Podcast. I am sharing some poems with you from the archive, from my JOURNAL if you must know! The poems are very old but still hold a lot of weight in my heart. I hope you enjoy!!!

Quintin decided to be vulnerable with us today. He shared with us one of his most meaningful pieces and we made sense of many experiences people have in relationships.
