Transition Talks: Talking Our Way to Our First Job is a podcast where young adults with disabilities interview adults with disabilities who are working in fields they aspire to work in. The podcast explores various topics such as how they landed their first job, how they advocate for themselves, how skills they learned early on helped them achieve their career goals, and specific questions about their current employment. The conversations aim to inspire and educate young adults with disabilities on how to navigate their transition to the workforce.
