Anders als in Frankreich oder Italien gab es in Deutschland lange keine siegreiche und identitätsstiftende Revolution zur Begründung der Demokratie. Die Friedliche Revolution in Ostdeutschland zeigte 1989 aber sehr anschaulich, wie ein erfolgreicher Umsturz gelingen kann.

Machado gives Trump her Nobel Peace Prize medal
