i’ve been vegan for over 3 years now and have never found a consistent way to lose/maintain weight, this podcast is 🤯 and i’ve been learning a lot! also love all the references and background sounds ♥️

Chelsea is so cool! It feels like learning tons of new stuff (that somebody should’ve thought us but didn’t) with a best friend. Got here cause my sister insisted and stay cause omg she’s cool, smart and so familiar.
