The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett

I am listening to the episode with Gabor Mate rightnow and everything in me screams YES after a long period in which me body has started to tell me NO☺️I am in awe…. each word spoken in this episode goes straight into my heart! THANK YOU for sharing such valuable lifechanging information!

I love this podcast, dont get me wrong, probably listened to 95% of them, but lately, all is about wellbeing/health/weight loss/fitness. Where are the CEOs and their diaries? I miss that.

This podcast lacks some serious critical thinking. I used to listen to this podcast with much pleasure, yet the more I listen to the conversations the more I wonder why Steve never gives his guest a hard (critical) time. (Given too that most of his guest have a pompany and hence a particual interest or concern, giving reason for some suspicion). I notice that much of the claims made by the guests (if you fact check) are either conflicting (with other guests) or the science or studies are not properly/scientifically founded (but say, based on associations, correlations or animal studies). As a result, it feels as if I am listening to a marketing platform solely (which does away the credibity of the content). What would be refresing is if Steve would once in a while pose critical questions, instead of taking it all in (uncritally).

Really. It worth my time. I like to go for a walk and listen and think. Thank you!
