Customer Reviews
The best podcast for Intuitive Eating and newbies
From all the Intuitive Eating, HAES and Body Positivity podcasts, this was the most helpful one on my journey becoming an intuitive eater. There are so many good questions and problems presented in these episodes and the answers are thoughtful, kind and practical. I always like when Julie comes up with the first steps to takle that particular problem.
One thing I still don't get: When there is a guest on the show, Julie always asks "Did you have a chance to read the letter?". This is probably just a conversation starter but I feel like it's so useless. I'm still waiting for someone to say no and then hearing the reaction. :D
Thank you Julie for your great work and the countless hours you put into this project!
Greeting from Norway!
