Baby & Toddler Sleep Advice

Hi there! I listened to this more out of intrigue than anything as I now have a 6 month old baby. She’s my second.Those around me have always dubbed me a baby whisperer when it comes to sleep and it was comforting to hear that everything you recommended I was doing after my own research and trial and error of course! I have been thrown a curve ball though ever since the 4-5 month old sleep regression hit and am having more trouble troubleshooting than normally probably because I am so exhausted as well as unwell! I have managed to consolidate my daughters day naps from 45 minutes to 90-120 mins but lately it’s hit and miss again and the nights are more and more disrupted. She was down to one maybe two wakings a night to now 3-4 or more! So I’m really asking you to possibly do a podcast on 6 month old sleep , consolidating naps and forming a routine around kindy kids. That’s what’s throwing me. I have to mould her routine around my oldest daughters pick ups and drop offs and my baby gets over tired easily and at 6 months struggles to stay awake happily for 1.5 hours. I’m rambling now! Another podcast would be wonderful. Thanks !
