Jessica shares her story today. Jessica is 45 years old, mom of three and now a grandma. She lives in Junction City, Oregon.
On today's episode shares how fasting helped her lose over 40 pounds. But really that is just a small part of her health story. For years she struggled with allergies, migraines, plantar fasciitis, high blood pressure and more. She was on multiple medications. Today she credits fasting to freeing her from these ailments and medications.
She also shares reflections on being a young mom, teenagers, going back to school and finding her career.
We laugh about the many home workout trends and the lemonade cleanse.
Today she reminds us that we can prioritize our health and that when we do, big bold things happen.
