Bridging Web3 to 'Real World', Ep 348 / Jerome Faury
Today, advanced technologies such as AI and blockchain are being woven into the fabric of the finance sector. This isn't about innovation, yet there’s plenty of that occurring in Web3; it's about transformation. In fact, I’d be happy to be known as the one who said, When we alter the very currency of our lives, we reshape the contours of our world.
From the creation of the US Federal Reserve in 1913 to the Global Financial Crisis just over 100 years later – we may be witnessing the greatest transformation to the way money moves around.

Can Taxing Wealth Cure Inequality? Robin Oliver, Ep 346
Our tax system in NZ was never designed to be a mechanism to transfer wealth from the rich to the poor. Further, most in politics conflate the rich for the middle class. My question today is, does the NZ tax system need an overhaul to address inequality better?

Customer Reviews
Absolute wealth of information.
Amazing podcast for the NZ investor. So so so much valuable information, and something to be learned in every episode. The host Darcy always asks great questions and breaks things down in easy to understand plain language. Darcy manages to keep it pretty serious while adding a bit of lighthearted humour among it all. Always excited when a new episode is released. 👌💯🔥
Love the TGIF episodes!
My Financial Fix
Brilliant podcast, I have tried a number of podcasts and this is one of a few which has become my weekly financial fix for the last two years. I look forward to each new episode that has now transformed my regular and boring commutes into an enlightens and exciting part of day. Diverse contents, diverse guests and plenty of honest and and interesting thought experiments. Easy to follow and a must listen for the everyday investor!
Awesome!
It is so refreshing to find a podcast that not only has unbiased and helpful discussions, but is also easy to listen to! So many others have terrible sound quality or monotone speakers. It’s the perfect listening experience for my commutes each day! Thanks so much Darcy!
