Fun and informative!

I started listening to this podcast when I was getting my body fertility ready and love all the topics that Nat and Kate discuss - so relevant and informative, and they obviously have a wealth of knowledge about all things health related. Their podcast has been my go-to bible of information over the past year and beyond!
