The one about mental health

In this episode our host talks to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) about how best young people can look after their mental health. We have worked out that if we had £3 for everyone who lived in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, we would raise over £500, 000 to create sustainable funding for youth organisations in H&F. Their centre is located right behind Chelsea and Westminster hospital on Gertrude Street but they are also working in Hurlingham Academy and primary schools all over the two boroughs (and online!!)
