In this episode our host talks to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) about how best young people can look after their mental health.
We have worked out that if we had £3 for everyone who lived in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, we would raise over £500, 000 to create sustainable funding for youth organisations in H&F. If you would like to donate to this cause, you can donate here: https://localgiving.org/donation/young-hammersmith-fulham-foundation?emb=EjMz5tGbxC
All donations will go into the Young H&F Grants pot designed to support youth organisations in Hammersmith & Fulham. You can find out more information here: https://yhff.org.uk/youth-organisations-regeneration-fund
