I have been listening to Dr (don’t worry, I am not equating you to “Dr” Jill) Hanson for several years now, and always enjoy the episode. Your political/social commentary is spot on, and I especially liked your historic teachings, particularly those on WWII. My uncle was at Pearl Harbor on December 7 and I remember him telling me about pulling men out of the oil slicked water. He was a great guy. He passed about 30 years ago but we need to keep our memories of all those who have fought and died against tyranny alive, for they have saved us from despotism. Thank you for your wonderful work.

What an absolute pleasure to hear this has-been academic melt down as he sees the inevitability of a Trump defeat coming in November. Professor, you have earned everything you have coming to you for playing lapdog to one of the worst leaders our country has ever suffered. I hope it will be as unpleasant for you as his term in office was for honest, truly patriotic Americans.

In the Bible, king David of Israel had to rid himself of Uriah the Hittite because of the king’s affair with Bathsheba. Ultimately he resorted to having his general, Joab, put Uriah in the forefront of the battle and then withdraw, allowing Uriah to die at the hands of the enemy. I have wondered from time to time if some mid level operative hasn’t considered such a plan by internationally putting the least qualified personnel on the Trump security team and sitting back to see what happens.
