Explainer from different perspectives

Worth listening to with knowledgeable people who share their interpretations of breaking current events. Gives the legal background, the newsy view tempered by historical precedent, and the skeptic. Charm and joshing thrown in for free.

Almost perfect

1) I love the podcast and everyone on it. I love Emily Bazelon.
2) The phenomenon I call "Emily-splaining" or" Emily Interruptus" is actually kind of charming in the regular podcast, especially when it provokes some sort of gentle rebuke.
3) Just listening to the Twin Cities episode and in the first half, at least, nobody else could even finish a thought.

All to say that I'll never stop listening. Brilliant people..actual personalities..discussing important stuff. I'd like, though, to hear a another few seconds of others' thoughts sometimes.
