How to Outsource to Launch Your Online Course Successfully

How to Outsource to Launch Your Online Course Successfully

How often have you reached that point of being monumentally overwhelmed as you scramble to get your online launch of your course or digital product ready?
Do you find yourself having more tasks to do, than there hours in a day, and even found yourself trying to learn a new skillset just to get your online course launched.
Firstly, I want you to know you are definitely not alone.
I actually think it’s a milestone every entrepreneur has to hit - recognising you're not superwoman, before you truly value the ability to outsource what you simply can't handle.
Kind of like hitting rock bottom before you can rise up again.
Tasha Booth found herself in this exact position years ago after starting a part-time Virtual Assistant business, that quickly grew into a full-time business for her.
Before long, she found herself limited by her own abilities and of course, time.
Something that we often sacrifice as entrepreneurs for the sake of an online launch or a new service offering that we go all in on.
But what if I told you this meant you no longer had to be hyper-available? What would it mean to you to have not only your time, but mental headspace and clarity back?
I've brought Tasha in to join me in this podcast episode to tell us exactly how we can avoid this mistake through strategic outsourcing.
For most of us the thought of outsourcing can be terrifying, because our business is our baby. Our heart and soul goes into it and the thought of entrusting a stranger to value it as much as we do can often be the biggest hurdle to overcome before we take the leap.
Yet one of the most under-valued benefits of outsourcing is the return of your ability to be creative and act intentionally through your business - and reclaim your time.
It's what has led Tasha, Founder and CEO of the Launch Guild agency, to build a team of 18 so she could take back her freedom in both her business and in her personal life.
This allows her to not only run her agency, but be a business coach to virtual support professionals and host her podcast ‘How She Did That’.
Tasha is passionate about supporting successful coaches and course creators so they can enjoy stress-free launches while sitting gleefully in their zone of genius. So you definitely want to listen in to her wisdom!
    In this Episode You’ll Learn:
Tasha’s journey to getting paid to be her and monetising her expertiseWhat a launch runway is and why it’s important to considerThe importance of defining roles in a launch before assigning them to peopleThe biggest mistakes that Tasha sees new-to-the-launch-space entrepreneurs makeBest practices for remaining in your own zone of genius during the launch phase

#66 How You Can Set Yourself Free and Become Unstoppable

#66 How You Can Set Yourself Free and Become Unstoppable

Without even knowing it, deep inside us we all have (in one form or another) trauma. This might sound scary or even untrue for you, right?
I don't mean though, that you necessarily have had a deeply distressing or disturbing experience in life, because for some that's not the case.
Trauma, for each of us looks different. For myself I have always been amazed at strong, brave entrepreneurs that have overcome this huge event in their life, to go on and achieve great success in business and beyond.
But what about those of us who have had relatively 'normal' childhoods, that have also gone on to achieve our own success.
Often without even realising it, those that fit into this category will have at some point experienced trauma, that can be found at the root cause of our own inner critic, or the voice behind our imposter syndrome.
For Mia Hewett it wasn't until she was in her thirties (with a multi-million dollar business and family of her own under her belt already), when she found herself struggling under the weight of imposter syndrome, and an overwhelming sense of just not being good enough.
Naturally she invested in herself through various forms of personal development, committing thousands of dollars to the cause, with no real solution, or A-ha! moment.
It was only then she realised the solution wasn't outside of herself, but within. She had been working on her mind, instead of healing the emotional side of herself.
If we don't heal the emotional side of ourselves, we limit our intellect because we can’t think greater than how we feel.
Mia has helped hundred of entrepreneurs who have always known they are meant for more, but found themselves in a position not too dissimilar to her own, all those years ago, through her methodology 'Aligned Intelligence'.
Mia shared all of her secrets in her new book 'Meant for More' so that entrepreneurs like us no longer have to struggle against that constant internal battle, and can be the Unstoppable Entrepreneurs that we are!
I don't want to reveal all of the goodness in our amazing conversation, so make sure you listen into the podcast!
    In this Episode You’ll Learn:
Why we all have trauma from our childhood that needs healing How you can set yourself free to be 100% unstoppableHow you can solve the fear of imposter syndromeHow you can no longer fear people’s judgments and failureHow you can eliminate the fear of successWhat you can do to stop being a prisoner of your own mental chatter

#65 - My Secret Sauce to Earning 10k a Month

#65 - My Secret Sauce to Earning 10k a Month

I believe everyone has an unfair advantage, that secret sauce to earning money simply by being them.
But the difference between earning a living, and having a thriving business comes down to three key pillars in my experience.
    Focus. Action. Income

The first of these, FOCUS, as detailed in my new $10K framework, is itself, upheld up by 3 key areas:

Do you have a strong why? You may know what you do, or how to do it, but do you know why you do what you?Have you got a clear vision for your business?Have you got the mindset to accelerate your business to consistent $10k months?
If you can answer yes to all three, then you already know you have what it takes, and you know where you add value to your clients' then everything else will align and be in flow.
But if you don't, it means there's something still not in alignment.
And when that happens, you lose focus on what matters, you don't know what to prioritise next and you're dealing with putting out fires, or getting distracted by 'all the things' instead of your priorities.
    Frankly that just gets exhausting!
You feel like you're never in control, your revenue is all over the place, your emotions and energy are on a constant rollercoaster, and it never gets easier.
I've been there, done that, more times than I can count.
And you know what I learned?
As entrepreneurs, we get stuck in the day to day ‘doing’ of the business and we can’t see how we could possibly double or even triple our income without having to work harder.
This is why, you simply have to take some time out to align your vision and actions to get the flow and consistent income you deserve!
That's why I'm truly excited, as in a matter of mere months from solidifying my new mission to help 1,000 women earn $10K a month and contribute at least 1% a month to a charity or cause dear to their heart, it's already coming to fruition.
I shared my vision for my $10K Club
The club I've designed to bring my mission to life. I shared it ever so subtly here on the podcast, in a sentence or two in an email, and in a few Instagram stories hinting at what I was developing.
I took over 2 weeks, thinking day and night about a framework that encapsulated everything I knew these women would need to earn $10K a month, and ultimately gain the confidence, skills and fundamental shifts they needed to do this.
Meanwhile, a small number of women started applying, after little to no promotion, and before I even had the landing page launched, and after a zoom call with, enrolling.
In less than a week I've almost reached my goal membership intake for the first month of my 10k Club!
In this episode, I share EXACTLY how this all came about, the backstory to it, how I approached it, created it and enrolled kick ass women who are my ideal members.
I also share more about my memberships are such a kick ass option in your business, especially if you want consistent recurring income, and a way to consistently add value to your clients, in a way that can scale.
After all, I believe you already have the big vision to build a successful business you love (and can even make an impact on the world!), and I’m here to show you how to turn your time, energy and that vision into serious income.
    In this Episode You’ll Learn:

Why it's important to align your offers with your vision or missionWhy memberships are a great recurring revenue stream to considerHow the $10K Club membership came about and why I'm so excited about itHow I managed to pre-sell my vision of the 10k club with zero promotion

#63 - Develop Your Mindset to Leverage Your Entrepreneurial Strengths

#63 - Develop Your Mindset to Leverage Your Entrepreneurial Strengths

It goes without saying that strategy is essential in business and in life, but did you know that your mindset is the single biggest defining factor for your success as an entrepreneur?
When you're starting out in business, it's already tough enough just to figure it all out, but your mindset is often the tipping point as to whether your business will reach its full potential.

#62 - Why You Need to Be Proactive Not Reactive In Business

#62 - Why You Need to Be Proactive Not Reactive In Business

Right now, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, there more reason than ever to be proactive not reactive in your business.
I know it can be tempting to throw everything up in the air, and get to work creating an offer or service that you could release as quickly as possible to help people in their time of need.
Or resurrect an old course or offer that might actually land really well right now with your customers, earn you some money and make you feel like you’re doing something useful.
I get it. Oh I soooo get it. In the last two weeks I’ve felt called to show up and serve others more than ever.
In my work as a business coach who focuses on how to get paid to be you, I’ve had ALL the ideas on how I can most quickly pivot, create and release helpful courses or programs right now.
How I can reach those entrepreneurs who’s revenues have been slashed or who have lost their jobs or livelihoods overnight.
I was working on this, while pouring energy into my book crowdfunding campaign and welcoming in all the lovely students who chose the ‘Write Your Damn Book’ reward level to join me live over 60 days.
And by the start of this week I was exhausted. And I realised I need to stop, refocus and stick to my plan.
Moreover, I needed to come back to my mission to help 1,000 women entrepreneurs earn $10K per month and donate 1% to a cause of their choice.
The minute I focused back on that, I realised, they are the people who I want to serve.
By honouring my mission and my word, and turning up to support them right now, means they can turn up to support their community and so it goes on – a positive ripple effect of women helping women rise up.
Creatives, coaches, consultants and service-based businesses – this is your time to step up, stay true to your plan, and continue to help your customers in the way that you do best.
Pivot if it’s necessary, make an offer that could dramatically help or impact others in a positive way, if you need.
But stay focused on doing what you do well, with the resources you have, and the time that you have, to keep on showing up and providing.
Don’t take advantage of people who are desperate. Don’t market like crazy to people who are vulnerable.
How you show up and act right now, is how you will be remembered for a long time.
So make sure you come from a place of integrity, generosity, compassion and genuine value creation.
Reflect and ask yourself, are you being proactive or reactive?

    In this Episode You’ll Learn:
Why you need to be proactive in business rather than reactive right nowWhat to focus on during the coronavirus pandemic to stay true to your valuesHow I’m being proactive in my business right nowWhy I am staying true to my course and focusing on my new $10K Club membershipPodcast ResourcesListen to my previous podcast: How to Uncover Your Hidden Profit GoldminesIf you want to learn more about my mission in 2020, it’s revealed in this podcast and post.If you want to be part of my mission and part of the $10K Club, then apply here.
