Brie is passionate about healthy ways of approaching this important part of our lives and health. In our conversation with her, we talk about bodily functions (Code Orange), sexual behavior, and our feelings about those things both personally and medically. This delightful woman is originally from the Inland Empire and has lived around the world in Spain, Thailand, and Zambia. Nicole Richards is a registered nurse who works as a flight nurse transporting patients in helicopters and airplanes in emergency situations. She is based in Southern California and has been working in critical care for 14 years, and as a flight nurse for half of those.

Megan Lapicto is a physical therapist who specializes in treating the pelvic floor in both men and women. She is based in San Diego, worked with developing a pelvic health program at University of California San Diego. Ali and Paige talk with Megan about the problems she sees in the clinic, some quick tips for improving overall pelvic health, and of course the Code Orange stories you love.
