Elizabeth is unbelieveably motivating and knows exactly what I need to hear daily to create my own motivation to make healthy choices every day, and to be mindful of my thoughts and how they affect me and my eating. but also for non fatloss related things. This is a great extension to Elizabet's podcast Primal Potential, which has helped me lose weight, grow my confidence and change my habits for the long term. Cannot praise this woman enough, her passion for passing on the knowledge she learned the hard way shines thorugh every episode - and she keeps getting better!!
