Ep 25 Benny Groth: Run Series ATP Podcast

In the lead-up to the 3rd Weight of War Run event this year on 2 December, I wanted to talk to some experts when it comes to pushing the body and the mind with running.

Today I have Benny Groth of Run The North (RTN)
Benny has been running since he was a spring chicken and has since done many things that involve it. But his crowning achievements thus far have been the ability to help those achieve their goals and do the things they didn't think were possible.

RTN is a community-based run club on the north side of Brisbane, just 10min north of the CBD. They are by far one of the best, most down-to-earth and enjoyable lot.

So if you're looking to get started in your running adventure, have hit a wall and want to improve, or you're looking to get in tip-top notch for that next big event. I couldn't recommend RTN enough.

Not only that, but Benny runs us through his training phase block and his lead into big events as well as his nutrition and his thoughts and beliefs around resistance training to improve running.
