Not only for burning fat!

Do not get intimidated by the podcast name, this is so much more then burning fat. This is a way of life.
Abel is a great host that is well prepared and ask the right questions to his guests. He always have the most interesting guests and makes the most out of it. Somtimes i wish the episodes were two or three hours instead of one.

Life saving!

I owe a lot to Abel James, his crew and this podcast. By listening to him and the Fat Burning Man Show I have managed to recover from my eating disorder (bulimia nervosa). He and all of his guests have taught me many invaluable life lessons. I now know that real food should not be feared as it's what our bodies are designed to eat. I don't have to starve myself or exercise like mad. I can enjoy food and the feeling of being full without as much of an ounce of guilt. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Keep up the great work, it is truly life saving! For anyone who's hesitant whether or not to subscribe or listen to one of the tracks, just do it! You won't regret it, I promise!
