Neal + I discuss how he and his volunteer army were given a week to administer 3200 vaccines, and they did it in 3 days. He shares about the systems he put in place to increase the efficiency of his process, from FAQs, to sign-ups, to billing. He also shares these resources for anyone who is interested.
