It is crucial that teens feel validated in their feelings and thoughts because what they are going through is a real part of their lives. Being judged and mocked, not only lowers self esteem but also brings in a spirit of helplessness. Untangled is a podcast meant to not only deal with such dejected feelings but also to make us fall in love with life in better and newer ways.
I am here for us to be our own best friend.

THE ULTIMATE KINDNESS
We understand kindness from the perspective of how we treat our family and friends. What if we were to take that same approach to how we treat ourselves? How would our health improve if we listened to our body’s signals and responded with care and compassion? These are profound questions to ask. While having a bad day and feeling down is another part of life, we can start to implement tools into our routine that grow our self-compassion muscle even more.

EN ROUTE SELF GROWTH
Hosted by: Srishti Borker. Worth and Self-Value?
Self-worth and self-value are two related terms that are often used interchangeably. THE BEAUTY OF MOVING ON
Hosted by Srishti Borker. It’s not something that gets better after a night’s sleep. It’s also not like a hangover that can be cured with medication.
It’s something that breaks our heart because of our what-if’s and could be’s. From the minute we wake up until we sleep, we carry the pain of a failed motive, of a failed desire. Without acknowledging the positives of the pain. -
MINDFUL FORGIVENESS
Hosted by: Srishti Borker. Forgiveness is thought to involve the giving up of certain negative emotions towards the wrongdoer, the forbearance of negative reactions against the wrongdoer, and possibly the restoration of the relationship with the wrongdoer.

STRUGGLES OF OPENING UP
Hosted by: Srishti Borker. Opening up is a real task, the fear of being judged about our vulnerability is so painful that most of the individuals prefer shutting themselves down and suppress their emotion rather than confronting and opening up to a trusted person. What seems so tiny and petty to you can seem a huge and precious thing to someone else. The key factor is respect and empathy towards everyone's feelings.
