    In this episode of the Joyful Health Show Kasey interviews Stacy Reaoch, author of Beautiful Freedom about how the Bible shapes our view of appearance, food, and fitness.  Stacy shares her story of learning to view her body in light of Scripture through her own wrestlings with body image and raising daughters. She discusses the reasons why Christian women struggle with beauty and helps to redefine it according to God’s Word.* I
