    Some wellness and wellbeing tips

    On this podcast I share some tips to help you maintain good worklife balance. 1. Start your day with a mindful breath, gentle stretches and a good breakfast. 2. During your day at work, stop every now and then to take in some breaths, (when you're going in an elevator for example), to stretch at your desk. 3.
