第一期节目把我征服了。 "废话不多说"重复了几次,成了不必的废话。 LOL 播主在苹果领域有如此造诣,为什么不把节目改名为"狗熊爱苹果"呢?

I think that the long tail theory tells us by the advantage of Internet, the traditional cost like storage will be cut down to nearly zero, therefore the long tail part(the unpopular products or the "2" part) can make large profit, which is ignored by the vendors in traditional industries. For instance, a traditional bookstore will prefer to sell the tiny fraction popular books due to the limited storage space and managing cost. But for online stores like Amazon, the unpopular ones can make a lot of money due to the down to zero storage cost. The long tail theory is not about how the 2/8 rule become useless, but how to make use of the long tail by the Internet techs. By the way, if there's no sign of the 2/8 rule, the statistics will not present like the bell curve. Without the bell curve, where's the long tail?
