Enjoyable

Real world, practical advice. Not the Tupperware driven, workout every min, don’t enjoy food hype you might get in other podcasts. Enjoyable and easy to listen to!

Useable Research

Understanding health & wellness is complicated because of the garbage science that uneducated blog posters use. Dr Heidi makes the science that is complicated useable in your everyday life.
