Rachel is an awesome host and wealth of knowledge! I highly recommend the listen!
Looove this podcast!
As a mom of 3 I hardly have any time. I listen to 3 in 30 while folding laundry or doing other chores. The tips are practical and realistic. Rachael gets moms and never makes me feel like a failure, unlike so many other podcasts I’ve listened to. She has real conversations and provides real solutions. In these isolating times Rachael feels more like a good friend than a podcaster. Thank you Rachael for making this Momma feel less alone and more empowered in my motherhood! I’m rooting for you too!
Only Podcast I Have Binged
I love Rachel’s podcast. It is the only podcast I have binged almost all of the episodes of. Even the episodes I don’t think I will relate to, I always learn something from it. I love Rachel’s openness and honesty—helps me relate to her more and trust her. She does such a good job at picking her podcast guests and summarizing their ideas in a quick and easy to follow manner. I recommend this podcast to lots of friends.
