Karalee Glore currently lives in Woodstock, Georgia with her husband Wesley, and their two kids.  Karalee is a student at Kennesaw State University working on her undergraduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is also Kari and Julie's assistant with a Natural Shift.
During her free time, she enjoys keeping up with her husband and two kids, dancing, and traveling.
Karalee's faith, self-care, and diet are a constant growing and learning experience. She feels extremely honored to be able to work with a Natural Shift and learn more and more all while doing her job! ;)
In this podcast, Karalee explains her journey of being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and how she was told she would be on medicine for the rest of her life.
After a bout of depression and being encouraged by her counselor to get on an antidepressant she began her journey of looking for a more natural approach.
In early spring of 2018, Karalee had a flare up with UC and decided it was time to make a change in her diet. Karalee decided to cut all processed sugar from her diet and hasn't looked back. Karalee has enjoyed the journey of finding new recipes and enjoying whole foods at a whole new level.
Karalee is reading Bob Goff’s Everybody Always, her favorite healthy snack is raspberries, and her favorite indulgence is Hu chocolate Bars
