Most of us have been in a flow state before, where we performed a task with such intense focus that all our mental chatter fell away and we become completely consumed with the activity at hand. Being in a state of flow helps us find more enjoyment in life. In this episode I will cover 3 specific strategies for developing a flow state. Following the talk there will be a guided meditation.
