Hello! I am so excited to be back after taking the summer off to settle in as a family of 4!
We're kicking off season 4 with something new! Each Monday I will be releasing a 5 minute guided meditation.
This week's meditation is for ground, the meditation starts at about 3 minutes, so if you want to skip ahead to the meditation, jump up to 3 minutes.
