EP 311 | Email funnel trends

Something that grinds my gears is experts delivering out of date marketing advice.

So in this episode of the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast I’m sharing what we are seeing inside of our own email funnels and inside the email funnels of our clients, that are helping us to sell more of our courses and/or memberships, on autopilot.

As we move closer to the Funnel of the Month Club launch (January 25, mark your calendars!), I want to showcase one of the features I’m most excited about of the membership, which is our email funnel trend reports, through the content in this episode.

In fact, I’m sharing three email funnel trends we’re seeing, not just one!

In this episode of the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast I’m sharing:

The three email funnel trends I’m seeing in my own email funnels and in the email funnels of our clients, that have helped to increase sales of our courses and/or membershipsHow you can utilize these trends in your own email funnelWhat these trends signal to us, as online marketers

EP 310 | Making the to-do list the night before

EP 310 | Making the to-do list the night before

This podcast’s topic seems really basic, but it’s my promise to share with you strategies that help me to create results in my business, and this is something that has helped me feel less frazzled, more confident, and productive in my work day.

I started making my to-do list the night before.

I started doing this because I felt like I was constantly taking in information, instead of putting anything out. I found myself wasting a ton of time during my work day and ending my work day feeling like I didn’t get anything accomplished.

I knew something had to change, and so this was one of those changes!

And so in this episode of the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast I’m sharing:
Why making my to-do list the night before has helped me to get more doneWhy I started doing this and what I was experiencing in my day-to-day that made me start to do thisHow this habit can help you to feel less frazzled, and more productive and presentRESOURCES:

EP 309 | Find Your Minimum™️ featuring Emily Schwalbach

Emily is an Instagram Consultant and Business Mentor who specializes in making marketing for your business simple. She started her career as a Kindergarten teacher but left after she had her first son and has been in marketing for the past 7 years. After failing face first in an MLM because she refused the “hey girl” DM strategy, she learned to market successfully without those gross strategies and has supported 800+ business owners to simplify their own social media + business strategy through 1:1 consulting, team trainings and a low-cost social media membership she co-founded.

    TAKEAWAYS:
Emily’s definition of success has evolved from monetary gain to time gain. When she first started her business it was just to supplement her husband’s income and contribute to the family. Now, Emily will outsource anything and everything she can, so that she can free up her time in any way possible. If you are looking to outsource something in your business, Emily suggests you start small with the thing you are the worst at. So take a look at the activities that just aren’t getting done in your business, or aren’t getting done well, and start there.Part of Emily’s Find The Minimum (TM) process is identifying the spaces that get you actual results in your business. Identify how your last 3-5 clients came to you, and work through the process of how they became your client.RESOURCES:

    EP 308| CEO Weeks

    EP 308| CEO Weeks

Recently I started implementing CEO Weeks every month in my business to give my brain space to think, be creative, and plan.

As you build your business to 6- or 7-figures you’re going to flip between the three roles: a CEO, a business owner, or an employee. And if you can spend more time in the CEO role, you’ll see more growth, faster.

And so in this episode of the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast I want to pull back the curtain to share about CEO Weeks and how they can help you to build your business in a way that allows you to stay more in your CEO role, instead of the role of a business owner or even an employee.

So what a CEO Week does is force you to spend more time in the role of a CEO, which creates more big picture change, which eventually trickles down into all aspects of your business.

In this episode of the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast I’m sharing:
Why my CEO Days morphed into CEO WeeksWhy it's important to know if you are operating in the role of CEO, business owner, or employeeHow to track your time and what to track to validate the need for a CEO Week

EP 307 | A new way of setting goals

EP 307 | A new way of setting goals

If setting a big, audacious goal at the beginning of every year doesn’t get you lit up or intimidates you, I want you to consider setting goals in a different way.

If your goals are constantly revolving around other people taking action, the likelihood of you actually accomplishing those goals is way less likely to happen, because you have no ownership of those goals.

Instead, make your goals you-centered, so that you know EXACTLY what you need to do to make your goals happen, and you can measure the effectiveness of the action you take to accomplish those goals.

So in this episode of the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast I’m diving into:
The difference between a goal that is focused on other people taking action, and one that focuses on you taking actionWhy actively doing more to hit your goal, isn’t necessarily a good idea and can fast track your burn outHow to reverse engineer the activity that goes into your goal, and why adding something else into your efforts, could create different resultsRESOURCES:

    Time boundaries

    Time boundaries

Due to a series of life events that were totally out of my control, recently my schedule exploded.

And so while life was happening certain things weren’t getting done in my business, and then when life stopped happening and work started again, certain things still weren’t happening!

My to-do list wasn’t completed at the end of the day and work started piling up.

    Why?

Because my time boundaries were no longer being upheld.

So, what did I do? I went back to my time boundaries!

And so in this episode I want to share what they are, in the hopes that you can use these ideas and examples, to help you set firm time boundaries, that help you get the important things in your business done.

In this episode of the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast I’m sharing:

+ how time boundaries make it so that you can actually get work done
+ how to organize your day around your energy levels
+ why setting time goals that require you to work differently, can help you to develop a new skill and see results faster
