I have been toying for a while with the idea of getting my feet wet with the world of distressed real estate, because over the last years some of my best deals had some sort of distress involved. And out of the blue, Clint & Jeremy came up with this podcast and they are hands down the most interesting RE stories I probably ever listened to. Makes me 100% want to get involved in that niche, too! Great to hear that you guys do so well with this new strategy, can’t wait to jump on the webinar and learn more about it. Keep the episodes and stories coming! 👍🏻🚀
Ignore Ep. 1, Ep. Makes up for it

The title of the podcast caught my attention and it’s something I’m very interested in. I started listening to episode one in about two minutes in. I wasn’t getting much out of it so I started skipping for 30 seconds at a time about halfway through still no substance and by the end, I realized it was all sizzle, no steak. That said, I decided to give it one more shot, and told myself they had two minutes to hook me an episode two where I was writing this podcast off. To my surprise, two minutes into episode two there was definitely some substance and I could see where it was going.. Five minutes in it was a parent that it was a complete 180 from episode one and 10 minutes and I was hooked. For episode one I would read it zero stars. Or episode two I would rate it five stars. The reason I gave it a four star rating is because they didn’t deserve five simply because episode one was so awful, but if future episodes are as substantive, educational, and entertaining as episode two, I will definitely give them five stars. Not the best start, but hats off to these guys because episode two was fantastic and I have a sneaking suspicion after the critiques and comments they received from episode one – as they even interrupted episode two to address their shortcomings in the first - these guys are gonna knock it out of the ballpark moving forward. Will call episode one of All again and for episode two, outstanding work guys! I’m looking forward to future episodes
