2020 has been a crazy year and has really forced a lot of people, definitely me, to reevaluate their personal values and take a closer look on how they want to live their lives.
This podcast really aids that process of introspection and not in a scary way, but in a soothing, “holding your hand” way. I definitely recommend it. There’s also really interesting content/gist about some listener’s lives!
