Domestic Violence- April 21, 2020

Just a comment on this episode. The guest stated she only had 1 Instance of false claims of domestic violence or intimate partner or spousal abuse in her 10 year practice. I am dubious of this, as a lawyer I have seen several instances of false domestic abuse claims during a child custody matter. Some studies found 70% of abuse claims during a child custody matter, were false or exacerbated to gain an advantage in the litigation.
