Tene is so insanely proud that the kid she met 10 years ago who had just started training in Musical Theatre is singing and dancing his ass off at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre in New York City. Not only is the show a breath of fresh air but it's important; Matt unpacks the gruelling audition process, the extreme low he was at prior to booking the show and everything in between.
