S3E19: Personal boundaries: Should they be flexible?
We often hear about the importance of setting personal boundaries. However, did you know that there are actually different types of boundaries, rigid and flexible.
When we found out about this, this got us thinking. If boundaries are set in place so that you are your best self. Should you ever be flexible with your boundaries.
This is what we’re going to discuss today because up until this episode, both of us thought boundaries had to be rigid. Is there a point where too many boundaries can make you inflexible? If they are flexible, then why have them as a boundary?
Many of us go through the motions every day, not realising that our stress, frustration, and burnout might be because of HOW we are setting our boundaries.
Join us as we explore the finding the right balance of setting between rigid and flexible boundaries effectively and defining if you need boundaries. Also see if our mind has been changed about our initial idea of boundaries.

S3E17: Have we all got the wrong idea of ego?
When we hear ‘someone has an ego’, a lot of us immediately steers towards a negative view about someone.
However, recently we found that ego is a actually spectrum. Meaning it’s neither good or bad. So this episode we want to understand, where did we go wrong? Why do we have the perception that someone with an ego is bad?
What does ego actually mean and does it have an impact on how we see the world?
We also bring in perspectives from philosophers such as Lao Tzu & Daoism and the concept of wu wei (無為) to truly understand ego and how we should implement the best practices of carrying ourselves within society.
Let us know what you think about the word ego, did this episode change your perception of how we should view this word?

S3E15: Our relationship regrets (why were we like this?)
You don’t really see how much you’ve changed until you look back at all the relationship you’ve had and also digging back to reminisce on your own thought processes back then and crazy mindsets.
Today we take a trip down memory lane and share many cringe moments, dumb and wild choices we made in our younger years in terms of dating and being in relationships.
From awkward to embarrassing encounters, join us as we share stories and go through each relationship we’ve had that taught us many lessons before we found each other. Think:
Dumping a partner through email
Being the private Ubereats driver
Obsessing over a boy with no shame
Going into a relationship regardless of all the red flags

S3E14: We're not really strangers (we hope)
Another one of our favourite types of episodes and also a popular one you guys have asked for. We’re playing ‘We’re not really strangers’!
Not only do these card games help give us prompts in some questions we haven’t really thought about asking each before. But it does also help give more purposeful and meaningful conversations without the awkwardness of wondering how to start the conversation.
If you are strangers, this is a great game to bridge the gap to learn more about each other. If you are friends or a couple, you can continue to learn more or dive deeper in conversations you may have started.
As we only had time for a handful of questions, join us as we discuss:
Our most painful moments that wasn’t physical
Why do we think we met
What is our biggest fear (that’s not cockroaches)
and much more!
