An exercise podcast I actually want to listen to

Discovered this group on Instagram and loving this podcast. I listen to it during my cool downs after working out. Their guests are knowledgeable and experienced. I love learning new information based on science and first-hand knowledge. They cover it all here. Listening to their different opinions on form and technique is enlightening. Itā€™s really all encompassing. Canā€™t wait to hear more!
