Jordan and Mckay! I was born and raised LDS. Served a mission, married in the temple and had a kid. My ex and divorced years ago. I have left the church, came out gay (I knew I was since the age of 6!) and now I’m married to my husband and obviously not in the church. Went through a decent amount of therapy from what the negative impact the church played in my life along with staying “in the closet” for so long. I’m finally happy in life! Thank you for having this podcast. Very validating! Keep it up!

Let people believe what they want to believe. No need in trying to nock down the faith of 18 million people. There are lots of opinions about different religions but the goal at the end of the day is people are just trying to be better people. Don't mock or try to belittle people when they are just trying to be better versions of themselves. If your not into the religion just move on no need to make it a reality tv show just let people be people and move on.
