Simple effective ideas

Brian offers listeners short, powerful ideas to move through challenges of depression. Better than theory, these are practical things we all can do to make our life better. He speaks from personal experience and a full heart. Not a therapist, rather someone who’s walked this path, he’s found ways that help.
