self-perception (is your self-perception negative?)
welcome back to season 6 my loves! I am so so happy to be back again and this time with VIDEO and audio! If you want to watch this podcast, head over to @betweenyouandmepod on YouTube...
In today's episode, we talk about the negative effects of poor self-perception and the importance of valuing yourself. Self-perception tends to determine how willing you are to go out into the world and have faith that you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to. If you doubt yourself as a person, the effects of this will reflect in how you care for yourself, others, and how you view the world. Working on your self-perception can be some of the most beneficial work you'll ever do for yourself. I hope you guys enjoy this season as much as I do! I love you all, enjoy.

insecurities in relationships
Insecurities are within all of us. Whether you show it by asking for reassurance or needing space - we all have a small (or big) part of ourselves that don't feel 100% safe at all times, and that's okay! Today we talk about where insecurities & insecure attachments stem from, what these insecurities mean and how we can take the steps to heal. Sometimes, we play into our own suffering by believing our only option is to be insecure and go to our partners for security - but, it is very possible to heal along side you partner, independently, and cultivate a healthy attachment to them. I love you all, enjoy.
