Leadership development for everyone in the blue collar workforce, those who support them, and those who lead them. Leadership is influence. Influence is built daily, not in a day.

There are two types of influence: 1) Artificial influence which comes with a title, position, or rank and is reserved for those who have formal authority over others; and 2) Authentic influence which is based on a person's character and the relationships they build, and it's available to anyone with or without a position of authority because it's based on moral authority (who you are and how you do what you do).

Practical, relevant, and authentic leadership lessons you can apply

Mack does a great job of sharing powerful leadership principles with real stories and examples so they are easy to understand and simple to apply.

Mack doesn’t just talk about principles he read in a book - he shares how he has lived and applied them in a way that helps you understand how you can increase your influence!

Solid Core Leadership Fundamentals

I really enjoy Mack’s ability to speak directly and plainly about complex leadership principles. He has a great personal story and it drives his narrative around personal development. I am a white collar worker, and I find his teachings to be just as applicable in corporate American as on the manufacturing front lines (probably more so).
